No new post as I’m in Edmonton for the week taking NAIT’s pastry boot camp. I’ll try to post during the week but the days are long, 7 am to 7pm. I’d like to make it to the gym in between and visit with my wonderful hosts (a friend of the family was kind enough to let me stay with her and her husband and her two twin daughters…cutest kids ever!).
